This week’s concession obsession was inspired by… my love of tacos!
I am also a big fan of the efficiency of any concession food that comes in an edible container… it’s the perfect take-out food and even eco-friendly… If it’s served in a bread bowl, tortilla, bun, or ice-cream cone- I’m a fan.
Tacos have an even higher spot on my list because I love Mexican food, as you may have noticed since I’ve already featured taco in a bag and chocolate con churros (technically Spanish, but also served in Mexico…).

The Best Taco Trucks in California
The Great Taco Hunt is a very thorough site about tacos in Los Angeles. It provides a map and a list of the top 10 taco trucks, the top 10 bean and cheese burritos (restaurants), a free directory for taco caterers and the top 10 tacos in West L.A. There are lots of pictures and I am planning a taco treasure hunt based on their map next time I am in L.A. Craving. Tacos. Now. Thanks, Taco Hunt!
Korean Tacos
The burritos sold at this concession truck didn’t make the Great Taco Hunt’s list, but I’m including them because I find the kimchi quesadilla very intriguing…

Tasty Tacos
Yum Tacos Dot Com is a “a map & guide to taco trucks all over the United States and beyond” and includes an impressive-sounding world taco truck map. I was disappointed to see that it only seems to include trucks in the USA when you go look at it- if you own a taco truck and you are reading this, you can add it by emailing the map manager (the address is at the top of the list of taco truck locations).
