According to this video, the only food truck that exclusively serves churros is in Echo Park, Los Angeles. Road trip, anyone?
Hot Chocolate for a Windy City
David Hammond wrote a warm review of the fresh churrería stand at the Maxwell Street Market in Chicago (‘Now I’ve tasted a fresh churro‘) at chowhound.com. The Maxwell Street Market has been operating almost continuously for 120 years (it was closed down for a few years in the 90′s). It has relocated a few times as well, and is not actually on Maxwell street anymore. It has over 500 vendors and is one of the largest and longest running flea markets in North America. There are also many concession stands, predominantly selling Mexican food.
Chocolate Con Churros Con Conversation

Chocolate Con Churros Con Casa
This video shows one method that concession stands use to make churros:
You can make your own homemade version without investing in a huge deep fryer or big dough mixer… Here are some recipes:
Just reading the ingredients makes me want to stop writing and start cooking. The dipping chocolate is made out only 4 ingredients- most of you probably already have them in the house: dark chocolate, sugar, milk, and cornstarch. Even if I don’t make any churros, I bet I could find something in the kitchen to dip into this tasty chocolate…
How about a churros fondue party? You could add fresh strawberries, sugar cookies, and pretzels to a plate of churros for a tasty and unique dessert or party plate.

Thank you for this-
